Sep 19th 2012 – Day 78… We MUST take Action Today to Save our Lives!

Written By: Jim Tuffin - Sep• 19•12

It is now 78 days since my six monthly cancer checks were carried out and I am still progressing forward rather than slipping back.

I have to thank everyone who has contributed to this process by sharing information, books, videos and sending messages of encouragement and help. My level of confidence that I am getting better, grows every day.

If there is a lesson to be learned here it is simple this; I just wish that I knew all these things when I was in my twenties. Then I would have been able to change my life style so that I did not put pressure on my physical body – resulting in its inability to fight infections and disease.

Having read a number of scientific based books about the body, I quickly realised that our bodies are being subjected to the risk of illness right from a young age. Even as a child I was given food, drink and sweets that started to create problems in my body back then.

Of course the truth is that it takes something like a terminal prognosis to make you sit up and take notice, so probably I would have ignored any learning or advice I received. It is easy to look back now and wish these things, but sadly we tend to follow the ‘crowd’ resulting in these problems – believing that what the majority are doing is the right thing for us to do.

I know that my life style was wrong and that I don’t really have anyone to blame other than myself. But if my experiences can influence you to think a little more about what and how much you eat and drink then my life will have been worth the outcome due to my mistakes.

It is fascinating to me when I watch YouTube videos about health and fitness that such a large proportion of what I see is about the physical appearance of our bodies rather than what is going on inside us. Just because you look physically fit does not mean that your internal system is not loaded with problems and potentially life threatening.

Trying to encourage people to look at their lifestyle and make changes is almost impossible to achieve. Yet hundreds of thousands of people die every year from illnesses that could have been avoided if they were just aware of their situation.

In my case I could have given up, like most others do … but I didn’t! I took time to study what was happening to me, what caused it, and how the body naturally deals with it.

Having learned about those things, I could take action to try and assist my body in dealing with my cancer and even reversing or killing it completely. Our bodies, when in top working condition, can deal with almost any problem that arises – quickly and efficiently.

My diet is quite severe because I need to cleanse and clear my body as quickly as possible, (preferably before I die) so that it can start repairing the damage being caused by the cancer.

That severity of diet is not necessary in a normal fit and healthy person. Simply following a good healthy diet, not eating such large amounts and not putting undue stress on the body is the answer.

In today’s modern world, where food is grown under intensive conditions and a large proportion of it is processed, the presentation of food, shape, size and colour take priority over its dietary value.

Cattle are often kept under cover and fed concentrate foods to make them grow fast and be as lean as possible. The goodness that cattle get from the ground whilst grazing normal green fields is just not there. The result is that we do not get the right benefits we need.

Sadly that means that for most of us in the modern world, we need to take supplements of vitamins and minerals to ensure that the levels in our body are correct. However, many of these supplements are low priced and are of little value. They have become ‘commercialized’ over the years, and with heavy advertising we are led to believe that they are good for us.

The truth is that quality does cost money!

Well that will do for today, I hope that this information will help you to see that you need to take action NOW and not wait until you become ill, as I did.

Have a good day, enjoy yourself.
